Q - Do you have other Utah rentals available?
A - We know the owners of several other Park City rentals available at the Red Pine condominium complex.  These units offer the same great location and common amenities as our featured 3 bedroom townhouse at the base of The Canyons Resort. Q - Why are your rates lower than other Park City lodging?
A - Unlike other Park City resorts lodging,  our Park City, Utah accommodations are marketed directly to the consumer with no high overhead to cover.  Remember though, a lower price does not mean lower service.  Park City condo rentals by owner offer you the best value for your money.  See our rate comprisons by clicking here.

Q - Do you offer Sundance Film Festival lodging?
A - Yes, we are located just minutes from the film festival activities.

Q - How close are you to Salt Lake City?
A - We are just 32 miles from the airport in Salt Lake City.

Q - Do the roads to your units remain open after snowing?
A - Yes, the interstate highways from Salt Lake City get plowed on a regular basis.  The road into Park City (Hwy 224) is the primary route, so it also is plowed regularly.  The condo complex also has a contract to get plowed after snow.

Q - Where can you ski?
A - Park City has 3 major ski resorts (The Canyons Resort, Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort), all of which are just minutes away. You can also drive to one of the adjacent canyons for additional ski options (Alta, Brighton, Snowbird, Solitude).

Q - How close are you to The Canyons Resort?
A - As you drive up The Canyons Blvd., the main parking lot will be on you left.  After this lot, the Red Pine condominium complex can be entered on the left using one of the next three streets.  Yes, we are closer than the parking lot!  Click here for a picture showing the location of the best Park City, Utah lodging!

Q - Why is reserved parking important?
A - Many Park City winter rentals do not have an assigned parking spot.  When the weather gets bad, you may have to walk a substantial distance to your unit.  Our ski condo has 2 attached parking spots that are reserved for your vehicles.

Q - Why are you better than other Park City discount lodging?
A - The simple answer is no reduction in services.  Our Park City rental by owner offers the same services as the more expensive management companies, but at a discount!  We offer convenient check in, after hours check in, shuttle services, professional cleaning services, full access to long distance phone service and on-site management if a problem does occur during your stay.

A - It's as simple as visiting the receptionist in the clubhouse.

A - Yes, offsite check in is available 24 hours per day.

A - Yes, we have a large storage area secured with deadbolt locks.

Q - Is there a lock on the hot tub for children safety?
A - Don't settle for any Park City spa - we have a deadbolt lock on the door that can be secured from small children.  Be careful, not all Park City hot tub rooms can be properly secured.

Q - What if there is a problem once I arrive?
A - Simply report the problem to the receptionist in the clubhouse.

Q - How close are you to Deer Valley Resort?
A - Don't be fooled by other units claiming to be in Deer Valley but are actually located miles away - our unit is located right on Deer Valley Drive. We are located at 1404 Deer Valley Drive in the Fawngrove complex, which is directly adjacent to the Resort property.  In fact, you can have one foot on the Fawngrove property and one foot on Deer Valley property. You can't find a better priced 2 bedroom unit this close to Deer Valley!  We simply offer the best in Deer Valley lodging.

Q - Why is reserved parking important?
A - Many Park City winter rentals do not have an assigned parking spot.  When the weather gets bad, you may have to walk a substantial distance to your unit.  This luxury unit has reserved underground parking, just steps away from our front door.

Q - Why are you able to offer Deer Valley lodging at such a great rate?
A - The simple answer is that by marketing directly to our customers, we do not have to pay the high overhead costs associated with the large management companies.  We can do this with no reduction in quality or services.  Our Park City rental by owner offers the same services as the more expensive management companies, but at a discount!  We offer convenient check in, after hours check in, shuttle services, professional cleaning services, full access to long distance phone service and local management if a problem does occur during your stay.

Q - How close are you to Park City Mountain Resort?
A - Don't be fooled by other units claiming to be near PCMR but are actually located miles away - our unit is a mere 90 yards from the resort. We are located at 1482 Empire Ave in the Edelweiss Haus complex. You can't find a better priced 2 bedroom unit with all of the amenities this close to Park City Resort!  We simply offer the best in Park City lodging.

Q – Do I have to give up amenities to be so close to Park City Resort?
A – Absolutely not!  We offer all of the best amenities, so don’t settle for anything less.  As a guest, you will have access to a heated pool, a hot tub, a suana and laundry facilities.

A - Many Park City complexes do not have any on-site parking.  You have to try to find whatever is available on the street - no matter how far that may be.  The complex has parking which is reserved for guests.

Q - Why is the nightly rental rate so modest?
A - This unit is located about 2 miles north of The Canyons Resort.  This offers a convenient location to all 3 of the Park City resorts, as well as a closer proximity to the resorts in Big Cottonwood Canyon and Little Cottonwood Canyon.  By not staying adjacent to resort property, we pass along the tremendous savings directly to our guests.
