We are now able to offer a complete array of fine Park City lodging in a variety of sizes to accommodate most any size group.  We have Jr. Suite, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom plus loft, 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom plus loft and 3 bedroom units.  In addition, for larger groups, you can combine our 2 bedroom plus loft and our 1 bedroom unit (#5 and #6), since they are located in the same building, or you can combine our 3 bedroom townhouse (#1) with another unit in Red Pine (ask us for details).  As you can see, we offer the best variety of Park City accommodations available - all with owner direct savings!

Can it cost less to stay in one of our condos rather than a hotel?
It sure can!  See these specific examples (based on quotes obtained from the hotel for 7 night stays in February 2005):

bulletOur value packed 1 bedroom (unit #6) has a nightly rate of $150 with the 7th night at 50% off.  This gives a total rate of $975.  At the Park City Hampton Inn (located 1/4 mile away from our condo), they have a nightly rate of $195 for each of the 7 nights.  Their total comes to $1365 - and our condo has better amenities!
bulletOur Jr. Suite (unit #7) is located on exciting Main Street in Old Town and has a nightly rate of $170 with the 7th night at 50% off.  This gives a total rate of $1105.  Compare this to the Park City Marriott.  Their best rate is $239 (and go up from there) for each of the 7 nights, bringing the grand total to $1673 - and they don't have a kitchen and are not even located on Main Street!
