Terms and Conditions 

PAYMENT POLICY: A deposit equal to two nights is due 7 days after reservation is made. Final payment of entire reservation is due 45 days prior to arrival. Payment is accepted by check, money order or credit cards.  For credit card payments, we use PayPal - click on the Visa/MasterCard banner below.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival forfeit $100. Cancellations made 45 to 60 days prior to arrival forfeit one night's lodging.  Cancellations made 30 to 44 days prior to arrival forfeit two night's lodging. Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to arrival forfeit full payment. Any changes made within 30 days of arrival are subject to the cancellation policy. There are no refunds for late arrival, early departure, or emergencies of any kind.

How much money are you saving?

Our 2 BR + Loft unit in Powderwood (unit #5) costs $1462.50 ($225x6 + $112.50x1) for a one week non-holiday stay.  If you book at the resort directly, this same exact unit will cost $1925 ($275x7).  This is a savings of over $500 after taxes are added!  Check it out for yourself by visiting the resort site (click here).

Our 2 BR unit in Fawngrove at Deer Valley (unit #2) costs $2437.50 ($375x6 + 187.50x1) for a one week non-holiday stay.  If you book the resort directly, this same exact unit will cost $3290 ($470x7).  This is a savings of over $850!   Check it out yourself (click here).

How about our 3 bedroom unit (unit #1)?  Well, instead of walking to the Cabriolet lift and riding it to the lodge, you could stay at the Grand Summit and avoid the lift.  For a 2 bedroom parlor (with 3 beds), the nightly non-holiday winter rate is $749.  So our unit will cost you $2275 ($350x6 + $175x1) for a one week stay, compared to $5243 ($749 x 7).  This is a savings of over $2900!  Of course you will have to ride the Cabriolet lift twice a day (let's see, that would make it over $200 per ride).  By the way, you also don't get a private hot tub!  Check it out for yourself by visiting the resort site (click here).

If you want to stay next to Park City Mountain Resort, our 1 bedroom plus loft condo (unit #4), offers the convenience of having to just walk across the street to get to the lift.  This unit will cost you $1625 ($250x6 + $125x1) for a one week non-holiday stay.  You could instead stay in a Silver King 1 bedroom and avoid walking across the street, but that will cost you $2555 ($365x7).  That is a savings of over $1000 after taxes!  Of course you do have to cross the street each day to earn your $1000 in savings.  By the way, our unit is also larger.  Check it out for yourself by visiting the hotel site (click here).

If you think that you can stay in a hotel for less than one of our condos, think again: 

Our value packed 1 bedroom (unit #6) has a nightly rate of $170 with the 7th night at 50% off.  This gives a total rate of $1105 for a week.  At the Park City Hampton Inn (located 1/4 mile away from our condo), they have a nightly rate of $195 for each of the 7 nights.  Their total comes to $1365, 23% more than our condo - and we have better amenities!  Check it out yourself (click here).

Our exciting junior suite (unit #7) is located right on Main Street and has a nightly rate of $190 with the 7th night at 50% off.  This gives a total rate of $1235 for a week.  Compare this to a hotel located down the street from our unit, also on Main Street - the Marriott Summit Watch in Park City.  Their best rate is $275 for each of the 7 nights, bringing the grand total to $1925.  This is a savings of nearly $700 - and they don't even have a kitchen!  Check it out yourself (click here).
